TERMS & CONDITIONS

By creating an account, purchasing a Season Ticket, or otherwise using Predicted It (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account or purchase a membership. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep that information up to date in your profile.

Predicted It offers two membership tiers:

• Free Membership - default tier available to all registered users, including Global Rankings entry, Season Gauntlet entry, one Friends League, a personalised user profile, and personalised statistics.
• Season Ticket Membership - unlocks additional benefits including prediction edits up to one hour before the Gameweek deadline, extra Friends League access, Community League entry, determined-prediction viewing, retained trophy cabinets, profile accomplishments, and early access to new features, as described on the Season Ticket page.

A Season Ticket is valid for one season at a time. Perks apply only during the season for which the ticket was purchased.

Season Ticket payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge displayed at checkout in the currency shown (currently EUR20 per person per season).

All fees are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, which may be added where required.

Season Ticket purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection law, please contact us at support@predicted.it.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users;
• use the Service for betting, wagering, gambling, or any related commercial activity;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or to the Service's infrastructure;
• register duplicate or automated accounts in order to influence leaderboards or community leagues;
• share, resell, or transfer your Season Ticket to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on Predicted It - including the name, logo, design system, trophy artwork, and editorial content - is owned by Predicted It or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute that content without our prior written consent.

Predictions and display names that you submit remain yours, but you grant Predicted It a non-exclusive licence to display them within the Service (e.g. on leaderboards and profile pages).

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Predicted It is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or loss of predicted points.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, notify you in-app or by email before they take effect.
